For established clients

Your care already has a place on my calendar.

Some people come for a recovery and then move on. Others learn that regular care helps them feel more like themselves.

Continuing Care holds one 90-minute visit for you at the same time each month. You do not have to remember to book, and we do not have to start over each time.

Already a client? That is the only requirement. If we have not met yet, start with a free call instead.

What you are actually buying

Not a discount. Continuity.

This is not a package of discounted visits. It is a protected place in my calendar and the benefit of not starting over each month.

I remember what we did, how your body responded, and what I wanted to watch next. That knowledge builds over time. The care becomes more specific because we know each other.

You already have a place here next month. That is the whole idea.

How it works

Set it once, then let it run.

The appointment stays simple. The care itself changes with what your body needs.

Choose your standing time once

We find a day and time that can realistically belong to you each month.

Use the visit for what you need now

The full 90 minutes can change with your body from month to month.

Hear about openings first

When an extra appointment opens, established members hear first.

Keep your rate for 12 months

Your monthly rate stays the same for the first year, even if prices change.

Pause before a month you cannot use

Give me at least seven days notice before the next billing date. You are not charged, and nothing piles up.

Cancel without a difficult conversation

Give me at least seven days notice before the next billing date. There is no fee, and you keep the month you have already paid for.

Before you join

Who this is designed for.

Continuing Care should make your life easier, not give you another obligation.

It is for established clients who already know that regular care helps and who can realistically keep a standing monthly time. If that is not true right now, individual visits remain available.

This may fit you now

We have already worked together. Regular care helps. You live close enough and your schedule can support one protected monthly time.

This may fit later

We have not met, you are in an intensive recovery period, your schedule changes constantly, or a monthly commitment would add stress instead of removing it.

The rule that keeps it simple

Pause before you pay for a month you cannot use.

A paid month does not roll forward as a credit. Instead, give me at least seven days notice before the next billing date and I will pause that month, so you are not charged and neither of us is carrying an unused session.

  • Nothing rolls over. A month you do not use is not stored.
  • Pause with seven days notice. Tell me at least seven days before the next billing date and you will not be charged for that month.
  • Cancel with seven days notice. There is no fee and no difficult conversation.
  • No tiers and no upgrades. There is one plan.
  • No contract. It stays month to month.

Practical questions

Everything else.

What exactly do I get each month?

One 90-minute visit with me, a standing appointment, first access to openings, and your rate held for 12 months.

What if I am away next month?

Give me at least seven days notice before your next billing date and I will pause that month. You will not be charged, and nothing accumulates.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Give me at least seven days notice before the next billing date. There is no fee, and you keep the month you have already paid for.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes, monthly, on the same date. You will always know that date, and the seven-day notice point is counted back from it.

Can anyone join?

Continuing Care is for established clients. If we have not worked together yet, begin with a free call and a first visit.

How do I join?

Text me. We will find a standing time that works, and I will set up the monthly payment. It takes about five minutes.

The next step

Ask Ida.

Tell me what is going on. I’ll listen, ask a few questions, and we’ll work out together whether this feels like the right next step for your body right now.

If it does not, I’ll help you think through what kind of care may fit better.

The call is free, and you will speak with me.
