Find yourself here

What brings you here may be clear, complicated, or still unfolding.

You may already have a diagnosis, a surgical plan, or a clear sense of what has changed. You may also be tracking swelling, tightness, heaviness, pain, or a pattern that crosses more than one category.

Use the sections below to find the closest match. When we speak, we can look at the whole picture, including what has changed, what has already been tried, and what your medical team has told you.

Everything I work with

What's going on with you?

I also see people dealing with allergies, mold exposure, chemical sensitivity, burns, sinus trouble, tinnitus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, Lyme, lupus, EDS and POTS, seromas, cording after lymph-node surgery, and old injuries that never quite stopped bothering them.

When several things overlap

Some situations cross more than one category.

Swelling, scar restriction, pain, nervous-system strain, and changes after surgery or illness can influence one another. A single label may not describe the whole pattern.

Tell me what you have noticed, what has changed over time, and what you have already tried. We can look at the relationships between those details and decide whether my work belongs in the plan.

Sometimes the most useful clue is the connection between two things that seemed unrelated.

The next step

Ask Ida.

Tell me what is going on. I’ll listen, ask a few questions, and we’ll work out together whether this feels like the right next step for your body right now.

If it does not, I’ll help you think through what kind of care may fit better.

The call is free, and you will speak with me.
